A few weeks ago I predicted that indices in the US will make a new low, while other indices, such as TA25 and indices in Europe, will not. This is what just happened. In addition, as I have predicted when I wrote near the end of wave 3, that we will get a correction(wave 4) and then another down wave to a new low on lower volume, divergences in momentum indicators, and maybe also a lower VIX and this will signal that the end of the decline is near, indeed there are divergences in indicators, volume is lower then the volume of wave 3, and the VIX is also not above its last high. This confirms that we are in wave 5, which most likely ended and we are not witnessing the reversal as expected. The situation today is the exact same as it was at the top(divergences between indices, indicators, volume), but in the other direction. Then, there were indices that made higher highs while others did not.

Lets look at the daily and weekly charts of the S&P500, to better understand why there is a good chance we've seen a temp bottom. First, we see an update to the wave formation that I've shown before, we got a decline to the lower line of the wedge as predicted here, there are divergences, and in the weekly chart we see the touch with the lower bollinger band after 5 waves down - exactly as in 2008. In my view we will see a 20% or so correction, before indices go back down.

During the panic I kept saying that there will not be inflation or lack of food and commodities will go back down.Well, corn has made a triple top of sorts by rising almost all the way to its 2008 top. Panic though was much greater than in 2008. It is also important to state that we are talking about the Dec contract. A break of 574 will take it all the way down to the bottom around 300. Corn - just like oil, gold, silver, cotton, wheat, platinum, coffee, and many more commodities and precious metals - is going to be alot cheaper next year.

They will tell you that the protests are against Wall St. or in favor of "social justice", but what really is the connecting thread? Other than the fact, of course, that they are all a result and consequence of the social mood which is turning more and more negative, and will keep doing so in coming years, so I would not be surprised to see revolutions. First of all the term social justice...sounds nice. We all want justice. Only that in many cases it is a code name for socialism/marxism. To take from one side and give to the other.

In israel too, it is no secret that many protesters belong to the left camp. In Europe we see Palestine flags(tell me what does austerity have to do with Palestine?), and in the Arab world too unions from all around the world were involved. There is something bigger and deeper here than what most people understand. You only need to listen to what they say and understand that this is about alot more than a will for "justice". It is justice under their conceptions, meaning a world with no capitalism, a world with no "imperialism", which they seem to think Israel and the US represent. It is a union of socialists, communists, marxists and islamists from all over the world - Europe, USA, Israel, the Arab world - that are protesting basically against all the western world represents, and it is important to understand this.
כמובן, יש יוצאים מהכלל! לא כל מי שמפגין הוא כזה. למעשה, לא כל מי שמפגין אפילו מודע לעובדה שרוב המפגינים הם כאלה(אבל זה שאנשים לא יודעים על מה הם בכלל מפגינים זה כבר סיפור אחר). מרביתם באותה הסירה ובאותו הצד ותאמינו לי, זה לא הצד שאתם רוצים להיות בו. החדשות הרעות? כמו שאמרתי, זה יימשך, יחריף, ויתפשט. אם זה מה שאנו רואים כבר עכשיו, מה נראה בהמשך הדרך? לנין קרא להם "אידיוטים שימושיים", כי הם היו שימושיים בשבילו ובשביל כל מי שרצה להשתלט באמצעות קומוניזם/מרקסיזם על העמים שלהם והעולם, שיצאו למחות ולהפגין, גרמו להפיכה ובעצם לא הבינו שהם מפגינים נגד חופש הפרט שלהם עצמם. מי שלא רוצה חופש - שלא יתפלא אם יקבל דיקטטורה. אבל לעולם לא ילמדו. אפשר לראות את זה בדרישות שמציבים המפגינים בארה"ב ביניהן ביטול הסחר החופשי, ויתור על כל החוב הקיים בעולם(65 טריליון בערך) ועוד. בקיצור הם שייכים לפלג השמאלי, קיצוני, הקיינסייני שחושב שממשלה צריכה להתערב בחיים של אזרחיה. לא סתם שטיגליץ, קרוגמן וסורוס תומכים. אנחנו נישאר בצד הצודק. שוב, לא מדובר כאן על כולם, ואני בטוח שיש אנשים שמפגינים מכל הסיבות הנכונות, כמו למשל המסים שגבוהים מדי גם לדעתי. הרבה מהם רק לא יודעים שיחד איתם מפגינים קומוניסטים...
Of course, there are exceptions! not every protester is the same. As a matter of fact, not all of them are even aware of the fact that most protesters are as such(but people not knowing what they are even protesting about is a different story). Most of them are in the same boat and same side and believe me, this is not the side you want to be on. The bad news? Like I've said, it will continue, get worse, and spread. If this is what we're already seeing now, what will we see later on? Lenin called them useful idiots, because they were useful to him and anyone that wanted to rule over their people and the world by communism/marxism. People that went out and protested and rebelled, caused a revolution, and did not understand that they were protesting against their own individual liberty. If you don't want freedom, don't be surprised if you end up with a dictatorship. But they will never learn. You can see it in their demands, among them cancellation of free trade, forgiveness of all the debt in the world(about 65 trillion dollars) and more. In short they belong to the radical, left wing, Keynesian camp that thinks governments should be involved in their citizen's life. It is no wonder that Stiglitz, Krugman and Soros support this. We will stay on the right side. Again, I am not talking about everyone, and I am certain there are people protesting for all the right reasons, like taxes that I agree are too high. But alot of them are not aware that together with them are protesting communists...

כמובן, יש יוצאים מהכלל! לא כל מי שמפגין הוא כזה. למעשה, לא כל מי שמפגין אפילו מודע לעובדה שרוב המפגינים הם כאלה(אבל זה שאנשים לא יודעים על מה הם בכלל מפגינים זה כבר סיפור אחר). מרביתם באותה הסירה ובאותו הצד ותאמינו לי, זה לא הצד שאתם רוצים להיות בו. החדשות הרעות? כמו שאמרתי, זה יימשך, יחריף, ויתפשט. אם זה מה שאנו רואים כבר עכשיו, מה נראה בהמשך הדרך? לנין קרא להם "אידיוטים שימושיים", כי הם היו שימושיים בשבילו ובשביל כל מי שרצה להשתלט באמצעות קומוניזם/מרקסיזם על העמים שלהם והעולם, שיצאו למחות ולהפגין, גרמו להפיכה ובעצם לא הבינו שהם מפגינים נגד חופש הפרט שלהם עצמם. מי שלא רוצה חופש - שלא יתפלא אם יקבל דיקטטורה. אבל לעולם לא ילמדו. אפשר לראות את זה בדרישות שמציבים המפגינים בארה"ב ביניהן ביטול הסחר החופשי, ויתור על כל החוב הקיים בעולם(65 טריליון בערך) ועוד. בקיצור הם שייכים לפלג השמאלי, קיצוני, הקיינסייני שחושב שממשלה צריכה להתערב בחיים של אזרחיה. לא סתם שטיגליץ, קרוגמן וסורוס תומכים. אנחנו נישאר בצד הצודק. שוב, לא מדובר כאן על כולם, ואני בטוח שיש אנשים שמפגינים מכל הסיבות הנכונות, כמו למשל המסים שגבוהים מדי גם לדעתי. הרבה מהם רק לא יודעים שיחד איתם מפגינים קומוניסטים...
Of course, there are exceptions! not every protester is the same. As a matter of fact, not all of them are even aware of the fact that most protesters are as such(but people not knowing what they are even protesting about is a different story). Most of them are in the same boat and same side and believe me, this is not the side you want to be on. The bad news? Like I've said, it will continue, get worse, and spread. If this is what we're already seeing now, what will we see later on? Lenin called them useful idiots, because they were useful to him and anyone that wanted to rule over their people and the world by communism/marxism. People that went out and protested and rebelled, caused a revolution, and did not understand that they were protesting against their own individual liberty. If you don't want freedom, don't be surprised if you end up with a dictatorship. But they will never learn. You can see it in their demands, among them cancellation of free trade, forgiveness of all the debt in the world(about 65 trillion dollars) and more. In short they belong to the radical, left wing, Keynesian camp that thinks governments should be involved in their citizen's life. It is no wonder that Stiglitz, Krugman and Soros support this. We will stay on the right side. Again, I am not talking about everyone, and I am certain there are people protesting for all the right reasons, like taxes that I agree are too high. But alot of them are not aware that together with them are protesting communists...
