The last decline seems like three waves, a corrective pattern, which strengthens the possibility that it was just wave 4 of the five waves of C, and that we will see a new high soon. Lets look at the charts.

First chart of the Dow long term, where we see the index has been blocked by resistance at the upper line of the wedge, as well as the long term channel, and horizontal resistance. On the other hand, and similar to TA25 and S&P500, we can see the Dow is supported on the lower line of the channel. A break above or under the lines will give us direction.

Weekly TA25 chart where we can see the intra-week break but rise right back above, and now retesting again the resistance line from underneath. A break of 1220 will signal more declines, a break above 1300 and then 1320 will signal further rising.

Now S&P500, we can see the wave pattern, where the size of the last correction fits as wave 4 better than the November wave, which was probably just wave ii of 3. After another rise, which will make the shorts even more desperate and the longs even happier, we will probably get wave (C)'s top.

And another closer look, on NASDAQ chart(for variety reasons). Only a break of the trendchannel, will verify a Short. On the other hand this is a finishing wave and so it is very dangerous. Right now in my opinion the correct position is the fence.
